Now I love to travel. I adore long car journeys and train journeys and coach journeys and, well, just about any journey really. Only this week, me and Mr Bunny went on a very long car adventure which took us over the Humber Bridge (we do these adventures quite often, the most famous being a trip to Ikea in Warrington which turned into an adventure to Oxford when we decided not to get off the motorway!)
So, here it is, my journal page all about travel.
Ahhhh, art journaling! Love the tourquoisey (is that a real word?) tones! Good advice too, to go see and discover! Thanks for dropping by my blog ~ hope to see you again, love to hear more about your area near Beatrix Potter land! :)))) I'd talk more but i must have a little poke around your page now! :)))
ReplyDeleteI love the colour of your page Sarah...and your choice of words!
ReplyDeleteI always find the trip round Ikea is as long and eventful as the journey there - howeve last time we went I went south on the M6 instead of North!!
The idea of just staying on the motorway and going further than planned sounds really cool!

Love your art journal page :-)
ReplyDeleteLove the colours and the idea... and the pootles here and there that often end up at a place different to where you originally intended to be. And miss the Humber Bridge, used to use it often.
ReplyDeleteOooh I love that you deviated from your plan and went off to Oxford for an adventure instead!! I too love the colours you have used, and the text - great art journal page.
ReplyDeleteMuch love, Julia x
Thanks everyone! I must appologise to the lovely helen who had posted a comment but while trying to publish it from my iPhone I hit the delete button by accident and not it is lost in the blogspot ether! If you would like to post again I promise to be more careful!!
